Summary:

Sparky's Big Fat Opinion:
The entire first half of this ep is very slow. The second half starts out hilariously funny, then peters back out to dullsville. In other words, the story editing could have used some work, but for those five or so minutes, this ep isn't all that bad. But for the other twenty minutes, yes, it is all that bad. *shrug*
