A unique-tasting punch (how unique depends on your choice of flavors). For a fun effect, fill a rubber glove about 2/3 full with the pre-ginger ale mixture and, laying flat, freeze, then float in punchbowl (after removing glove of course! ;).

What you will need:

1 small package lime Jell-O
1 cup hot water
2 cups cold water
1 6-ounce can frozen juice concentrate
1 cup pineapple juice
1 2-liter bottle ginger ale
1 10-ounce package frozen strawberries (optional)
ice cubes (or icehand ;)

Dissolve Jell-O in hot water. Add cold water, concentrate, and pineapple juice; blend well. You can put this in a pitcher or other container and keep in refrigerator until your party guests arrive. Just before serving, add ginger ale, strawberries, and ice cubes. You can use any flavor juice concentrate. I like wild flavors like strawberry/kiwi or mango, myself. It's fun to hear the guests trying to guess what's in the punch. ;)
